Angkop Corp provides custom-crafted Flexible Natural Stone™ panels to architects, designers, contractors, and trade professionals across Canada. Each panel is made-to-order in collaboration with ECO-FLEXI Magic Stone MCM (Foshan, China), ensuring they are expertly produced, kiln-cured, thoroughly quality-checked, and carefully packed to meet the precise requirements of your project.
Shipping & Lead Times

Standard Lead Time: Approximately 45 days (6 weeks) from the date your order is confirmed.

This timeframe includes production, curing, quality control at the factory, export preparations, ocean freight, customs clearance in Canada, and final delivery coordination.

Transport Method: For fragile or oversized panels, we strongly recommend ground or sea freight. These methods ensure safe handling and cost efficiency. Air freight, while faster, is not economical and may compromise quality.

Pickup & Delivery Options:

FOB Leduc Hub (Alberta): Ownership and responsibility for the panels transfer to you as soon as they leave Angkop Corp’s facility.

Pickup: Clients or their installers can arrange to pick up orders directly from our Leduc warehouse. Please ensure you have the appropriate vehicle, lifting equipment, and personnel available.

Delivery: We offer premium delivery services, including white-glove handling, liftgate service, or customized solutions. Delivery quotes are calculated based on distance, load size, and specific handling requirements.

Order Tracking & Communication

Angkop Corp will promptly notify you once your shipment clears Canadian customs to arrange seamless pickup or delivery.

Every shipment undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection, including visual assessments, detailed photographs, and condition reports, ensuring full transparency and documented proof of condition before transfer to any carrier.
Handling & Safety

Ensure panels are handled with care during both transport and installation to avoid damage.

Angkop Corp provides detailed cut sheets, clear installation guides, and protective handling instructions to support safe and efficient use.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer to adhere to Canadian building codes, fire safety regulations, and proper installation practices.
Returns, Exchanges & Claims

Manufacturer Defects: If a defect is confirmed to have occurred during production or mishandling by Angkop Corp, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Transit Damage: Once your panels are handed over to the carrier, any damage claims must be addressed directly with them. Angkop Corp will assist by providing all necessary documentation, including photos, inspection logs, and delivery notes. Please ensure all claims are reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders: As FNS™ panels are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for over-ordered or unused materials. In exceptional cases where pre-approval is granted, returns will only be accepted if the panels are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by written authorization.
