All Flexible Natural Stone™ (FNS™) panels are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner, Stone Green Building Materials Ltd. in Foshan, China.

We do not hold warehouse stock — every order is made fresh, kiln-cured, and shipped for delivery across Canada.

Order Tracking & Communication

Once your order clears customs, we notify you immediately for pickup coordination or final-mile scheduling.

 

🚢 Standard Lead Time: ~45 Days (≈ 6 Weeks)

Our international lead time includes:

  • Production, curing, and factory QC

  • Export prep and ocean freight

  • Canadian customs clearance

  • Final-mile coordination to your location or pickup hub

Once your order clears customs, we notify you immediately for pickup coordination or final-mile scheduling.

 

🚛 Nationwide Delivery or Free Pickup (Leduc, Alberta)

You can choose:

  • Nationwide delivery with curbside drop-off, using Manitoulin Transport

  • White-glove or liftgate service (available upon request)

  • Free pickup from our Leduc, AB hub once the order clears customs

We coordinate the logistics end-to-end — from manufacturer to your site.

📸 Pre-Delivery Inspection & Documentation

Before your materials leave our Leduc hub or our manufacturing site, we:

  • Conduct a final visual inspection

  • Take photo documentation of your order

  • Log any concerns or visible surface conditions

This ensures full transparency and proof of condition before transfer to any third-party logistics carrier.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Damage Claims

If it’s our fault — We make it right.

If the product arrives damaged due to a manufacturer defect or handling by our internal team, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.

📦 Damage During Delivery (Logistics Carrier Responsibility)

Once the shipment is transferred to Manitoulin Transport (or your selected carrier), any transit damage must be claimed directly with the carrier. However:

  • We’ll assist with documentation (photos, delivery notes, inspection logs)

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Always inspect the pallet upon arrival and document any damage immediately

🔁 Return Policy

Because FNS™ panels are custom-ordered and cut from production batches:

  • Returns are not accepted unless products are defective or shipped in error

  • No refunds or exchanges on over-ordered or unused materials

  • All approved returns must be in original packaging and unused condition

We document every delivery. We don’t pass blame — We trace it.
