Local Delivery – Edmonton & Region (Radius: 2 hrs)

For orders within the Edmonton City and nearby towns:

 

  • Flat Rate: $500 CAD for 10–20 panels (4'x2')

  • Timing: Scheduled delivery to match your project timeline

  • Handling: Panels delivered secured, upright, and weather-protected

  • Exclusions: Oversize panels (above 4'x2') require freight shipping.

Order Tracking & Communication

Once dispatched, you'll receive ETA. We stay in contact until delivery is confirmed—zero ghosting, all updates.

 

Nationwide Freight – Across Canada

For long-haul logistics beyond Alberta:

 

  • Carrier: Manitoulin Transport (reliable + trade-grade)

  • Regions: Alberta cities (e.g., Calgary, Grand Prairie, Cold Lake) + Western Canada provinces

  • Quote: Custom freight estimate sent post-checkout

  • Billing: Shipping is invoiced separately for full cost transparency

  • Protection: All freight is crated or pallets, with transit insurance available

Pickup – Leduc Hub

Prefer to coordinate your own logistics?

 

  • Cost: Free

  • Requirement: Appointment required—exact location and pickup slots shared after order confirmation

  • Note: Oversize or bulk orders may require lift gate or truck-bed access

Return & Claims Policy

We stand by the architectural integrity of our materials. Still, we know site conditions can vary.

 

  • Returns: Eligible within 10 business days for unopened, undamaged panels.

  • Process: Email us at project@angkop.onmicrosoft.com with your order number and reason.

  • Restocking Fee: 80% applies (logistics, inspection, and repackaging)

  • Return Freight: Arranged and paid by customer

  • Non-Returnable: Custom orders, oversize panels, or panels altered on-site

Refunds

Refunds are available within 15 calendar days of delivery—subject to inspection and strict condition requirements.

 

  • Restocking Fee: 80% of each panel’s value is refunded; 20% covers restocking, inspection, and admin costs

  • Condition: Panels must be unused, uncut, and returned in original packaging

  • Approval: Refunds are processed only after product condition is verified at our facility

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days.

 

Important: Return shipping is not covered. Customers are responsible for coordinating and covering freight back to our Leduc hub.

Damages During Transit

Stuff happens. If your panels arrive damaged:

 

  • Document with photos (carton + panel)

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • We’ll coordinate claim submission with the carrier and resolve it fast

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges due to the nature of flexible stone panel production and shipping logistics.

If you ordered the wrong size or style:

  • Step 1: Request a return within 10 business days (see Return Policy above)

  • Step 2: Once approved and returned, place a new order for the correct item

  • Note: All returned panels must be unused, uncut, and in original condition

 

We don’t reship until the original product is returned and inspected. This ensures quality control and inventory accuracy.
