Each panel is meticulously crafted in collaboration with ECO-FLEXI Modified Clay Materials Premium Brand.
Our panels stand apart from traditional resin-stripped veneers, utilizing an advanced kiln-curing process and reinforced with dual mesh fibreglass backing for exceptional durability and performance. These innovative materials have successfully passed ASTM-E84 Class A fire rating standards for both the Canadian and US markets.
Each panel is thoughtfully designed, rigorously quality-checked, and securely packaged to cater to the specific requirements of your project.
Shipping & Lead Times
Standard Lead Time
It usually takes about 45 days (6 weeks) from when you place your order to when it gets to you.
This includes:
- Making the product at the factory
- Checking for quality
- Getting ready for export
- Shipping by sea
- Customs checks in Canada
- Bringing it to your location
Transport Method
We recommend using sea freight for larger or fragile items. It’s safer during transport and usually cheaper.
While air freight is quicker, it costs a lot more and doesn’t protect the items as well. That’s why we generally don’t suggest air freight for panel shipments.
Local Pickup at Leduc Hub (Alberta)
If you opt for local pickup, you take ownership of the panels as soon as they leave our facility.
You or your installer can pick up orders directly from our warehouse in Leduc. Just make sure to bring a suitable vehicle and any gear needed to secure and transport the panels safely.
Delivery Options
We offer premium delivery services, including white-glove delivery and custom logistics.
Delivery costs depend on:
- How far does it need to go
- The size and weight of your order
- Any special handling needs (like special equipment or on-site placement)

Order Tracking & Communication

Angkop Corp will promptly inform you when your shipment clears Canadian customs, facilitating a smooth pickup or delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Claims

Manufacturer Defects: If there’s a problem with your product due to how it was made or handled by Angkop Corp, we’ll happily provide a replacement or a full refund.

Transit Damage: Once your panels are with the delivery carrier, any damage claims need to be handled directly with them. We'll help by giving you the necessary paperwork, like photos and delivery notes. Just make sure to report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders: Since our FNS™ panels are made-to-order, we can’t take returns on extra or unused materials. In rare cases where you get approval beforehand, returns will only be accepted if the panels are unused, in their original packaging, and have written authorization.
