Angkop Corp | EXCLUSIVE PARTNER of Flexible Natural Stone™ (FNS™) Across Canada.  All panels are made-to-order, produced by our manufacturing partner, eco-FLEXI MAGIC STONE MCM, in Foshan, China. We do not hold stock; each order is kiln-cured, quality-checked, and prepared specifically for your project.

Shipping & Lead Time

  • Standard Lead Time: Approximately 45 days (~6 weeks) from order confirmation.

  • This includes production, curing, factory QC, export preparation, ocean freight, Canadian customs clearance, and final-mile coordination.

  • Recommended Freight: Due to panel size and fragility, we strongly recommend ground or sea transport. Air freight is not cost-effective and may compromise panel condition.

Pickup & Delivery Options

All panels are sold FOB Angkop Corp Leduc Hub, meaning ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser once the panels leave our facility. Pickup, transport, and care from that point are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Options include:

  • Pickup: Purchasers or their installers can schedule pickup directly from our Leduc warehouse. Proper vehicles, lifting equipment, and manpower are required to handle panels safely.

  • Delivery: Premium delivery services can be arranged on request, with quotes provided based on distance, load size, and handling requirements. White-glove or liftgate services are available if requested.

  • Once your shipment clears customs, Angkop Corp notifies you immediately for pickup coordination or delivery scheduling.

  • Pre-delivery inspections include visual checks, photo documentation, and logging any visible surface conditions to ensure transparency and proof of condition before transfer to any carrier.

 

Handling & Safety

  • Panels must be handled with care during transport to prevent damage.

  • Angkop Corp provides cut sheets, installation guidelines, and protective measures to assist installers.

  • Compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and safe installation practices is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer.

 

Returns, Exchanges 

AND Damage Claims

  • Manufacturer Defect: If a panel arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or mishandling by our internal team, we will issue a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Transit Damage: Once panels are transferred to a carrier, any damage must be claimed directly with the carrier. Angkop Corp will assist with documentation (photos, delivery notes, inspection logs). Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the made-to-order nature of FNS™ panels, returns are not accepted for over-orders or unused materials. Approved returns must be in original packaging and unused condition.
